主要功能
1、蒸馏浓缩中药、制作膏剂、粉剂（干粉、干颗粒），有机溶媒提取（酒精、乙醛等）、丸、凝胶体（成冻体）、果酱、粉、低温浓缩（提取）、芳香剂的提取、各种精油成分分离、红参制造功能（蒸熟和炖）、低温干燥。
2、真空低温煎煮方式：
沸点在真空中下降，水在40℃~90℃的低温中也会沸腾，从而可以缩短煎煮时间，有些易受热影响的物质、在空气中产生分解反应的物质被提取而不影响药效。（维持实验试剂、药液成分，保存有可能在高温中受破坏的成分）
3、真空蒸馏（减压蒸馏）方式：
可适用于两种分离方法，一是对常压中如果加热到沸腾有可能被分解的物质，利用在减压（真空）中物质的沸点下降现象的分离法；二是对虽然是易分解的有机混合物但因沸点高而在常压中不便于蒸馏的物质，利用真空泵减压并蒸馏的实验室分离法。上述两种分离方法不仅能用于实验试剂、中西药剂的精制，而且能用于有机药品、有机合成中间原料及油脂石油等的制造工程中。
4、真空浓缩方式：
为了浓缩易受热影响的物质或因有空气而被分解或产生化学反应的物质，应使用真空浓缩方式。使用本机，既可Zui大限度提高物料的浓度和纯度，使物料浓缩成膏状.
